The Widgie West trend covers the western flank of the Widgiemooltha Dome extending from Larkinville in the north to Wannaway in the south.
This area has been explored for Nickel but to a lesser extent than Widgie South and North. Hosting the Wannaway mine to the south there remains significant further potential for high grade nickel discoveries through targeted exploration and the application of refined geophysics techniques.
