Butchers Creek Gold Project (BCGP)
BCGP is a high-grade gold asset which has seen historical gold production of some 52,000oz, located 30km south-east of Halls Creek in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. The Project is accessible via the Duncan Road that connects the project to the town of Halls Creek and the Great Northern Highway.
The BCGP tenement package comprises 3 mining leases, 5 exploration licences, 3 prospecting licences and two licence applications. In aggregate some 100 square kilometres of granted tenure.
WIN’s updated 2025 Mineral Resource Estimate for Butchers Creek deposit has defined 5.23Mt @ 1.91g/t Au for 321,000oz of contained gold*. Importantly, increasing the indicated resource base by 86% to 3.58Mt @ 2.24g/t Au for 258,000 oz of contained gold. Thus, derisking the Project and significantly enhances the confidence for future economic evaluation.
Table 1: Butchers Creek Gold Resource Summary – Reported by Cut-Off parameters
Note: Butchers Creek figures are rounded and reported at 0.5g/t Au cut-off to 150m (+220mRL) below surface (370m RL) for open pit “OP” and a 0.8g/t Au cut-off below 150m (-220mRL) of surface (370mRL) for underground “UG”.
The project hosts an already established high-grade mineral resource (detailed in the table below) of some 359,000oz (5.63Mt @ 1.99g/t) of gold from two resources deposits, Butchers Creek and Golden Crown.
Table 2: Butchers Creek Gold Project Global Resources
Note: Butchers Creek figures are rounded and reported at 0.5g/t Au cut-off to 150m below surface (open pit) and 0.8g/t Au cut-off below 150m of surface. Golden Crown figures are rounded and reported above a 0.8g/t Au cut-off.
The project has seen recent gold production via open pit mining between 1995 and 1997 and hosts numerous high order drill targets from over 60 known gold occurrences.
