WIN Secures Key Processing Infrastructure for Radio Gold

WIN Metals Ltd has secured a six-month option to acquire a modular gravity processing plant supporting the development of the Radio Gold operation. This plant aligns well with our proposed 120,000tpa gold processing facility and demonstrates strong potential for efficient gold recovery. With an initial payment of $50,000, we have secured the rights to acquire the complete plant within 6 months, with further payments in cash and shares. Engaging Mining Engineering Services Australia Pty Ltd will advance engineering, cost estimation, and development planning. Permitting activities have begun to recommission the existing tailings dam and process plant site. Securing this infrastructure represents a significant step towards production at Radio and reduces development capital requirements significantly. We are actively evaluating processing options, focusing on onsite processing as the most cost-efficient alternative.
